In the Options, Desktop environment on the Mouse and crosshairs page, you can specify that the program automatically switches to the relevant module.

Double-click drawing file number or name in the Open on a project-specific basis: drawing files from fileset/building structure

Sets the drawing file clicked to current and closes all the other drawing files and the dialog box. This is the quickest way to activate a single drawing file.

Double-click element in dialog box (e.g. layer, smart symbol) with the left mouse button

Selects the element and closes the dialog box.

Double-click the dialog box with the right mouse button

Closes the dialog box and confirms the current settings.

F2

Renames the selected entry (for example in the Layer or in the Open on a project-specific basis: drawing files from fileset/building structure dialog box).

You can benefit from a high value set for the double-click speed. You can set the double-click speed on the Windows Control Panel.
