Defining the coordinates of the eye point and target point

View, perspective and scale

The eye point defines the position of the observer viewing the model. The target point defines the point at which the observer looks. You can enter the coordinates of the eye point and target point as values or you can get them of an existing point in your drawing.

To define the eye point and target point in a perspective view

  1. Click 3D View (How).

    The 3D View palette opens.

  2. Define the eye point and target point in one of the following ways:
