Allplan Exchange dialog box

Using the Layout filter dialog box (How) you can specify additional criteria for filtering layouts for each contact. This way, you can apply a filter that will select specific layouts from the packages.

Activate the Layout filter for ... dialog box in one of the following ways

• The Layout module is open.
• Allplan Exchange dialog box (How) is open.

  • Menu bar: Create Layout Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution

Filter conditions

Layout attribute or Layout index attribute

You can select a layout attribute or a layout index attribute for which you want to define the filter condition.

Boolean operator

You can select the operator. The operators that are actually available to you depend on the layout attribute or layout index attribute selected.

Filter criterion

You can specify the filter criterion. The criteria that are actually available to you depend on the layout attribute or layout index attribute selected.

and / or

You can use these operators to link filter conditions.

Add filter condition, Delete filter condition

Adds a new line for defining another filter condition or deletes the selected filter condition.

Toolbar

Load favorite

Retrieves the settings you have saved in a favorite file.

Save favorite

Saves the current settings in a favorite file.

Buttons

OK

Carries out the current operation or confirms all changes. The current entries and/or settings are applied and saved.

Cancel

Cancels the current operation and discards all entries and/or changes.
