Deleting bar segments

Module(s): Bar Reinforcement + Mesh Reinforcement

You can use the Delete Bar Segment tool to delete bar segments, whether or not there is a hook at the end of the bar. You can also remove segments from bent-up meshes. You cannot use this tool to delete hooks.

To delete bar segments from existing marks

1. Click Delete Bar Segment (How).
   

   Activate Delete Bar Segment in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Engineering Bar/Mesh Reinforcement

   • Palette: Tools Modify area in the following module(s):

   Bar reinforcement

   Mesh reinforcement

   • Configuration: Engineering Engineering Modify flyout
2. Click the end point of the segment to be deleted.
