Modify hook

Module(s): Bar Reinforcement + Mesh Reinforcement

You can use the Modify Hook tool to modify the length and/or angle of hooks, delete hooks and add new ones.

To modify the geometry of hooks

1. Click Modify Hook (How).
   

   Activate Modify Hook in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Engineering Bar/Mesh Reinforcement

   • Palette: Tools Modify area in the following module(s):

   Bar Reinforcement

   Mesh Reinforcement

   • Configuration: Engineering Engineering Modify flyout
2. Select the type of hook modification:
   • Click Length (Hook Length) to modify the length of a hook
   • Click Angle (Hook Angle) to modify the angle of a hook.
   • Click Both (Hook Length and Angle) to modify the length and the angle of a hook.
   • Click Delete to delete a hook.
   • Click Add (Add Hook) to add a hook.
     

Note: Bar reinforcement can be modified using the Properties palette.
