Hardware acceleration - graphics, refresh rate in navigation mode

You can specify how many images are displayed per second when you zoom or pan. The larger the number of images, the smoother the movements. With high values, however, it can happen that design entities are not displayed while zooming or panning. They are displayed again afterwards.
