Tip: Use one of the predefined facade favorites to test the effects of the individual options.
Detailed preview
When you activate this option, the preview displays all the elements of the facade. In conjunction with complex facades, this setting may slow down the performance of your computer.
Axis of face
When you activate this option, a blue arrow indicates the orientation of a facade surface, and the X axis is displayed in red and the Y axis in green.
UV position
When you select this option, the preview displays the position of each field relative to the 2D subdivision direction. The field is displayed at the origin in the XY plane.
Size of numbers, arrows
You can specify the size of text and arrows in the preview.
Point normal
When you activate this option, a blue arrow indicates the normal vector of a point element in the preview. Normal vectors always point outwards.
Point number
When you activate this option, the number of a point element is displayed in the preview.
Point coordinates
When you activate this option, the location of a point element is displayed in the preview.
Line normal
When you activate this option, a blue arrow indicates the normal vector of a linear element in the preview. Normal vectors always point outwards.
Line number
When you activate this option, the number of a linear element is displayed in the preview.
Line coordinates
When you activate this option, the location of a linear element is displayed in the preview.
Line topology
When you activate this option, the topology of a linear element (the sequence of the boundary lines of a facade surface) is displayed in the preview.
Face normal
When you activate this option, a blue arrow indicates the normal vector of a facade surface in the preview. Normal vectors always point outwards.
Face number
When you activate this option, the number of a facade surface is displayed in the preview.

Entry
Flat path (enabled by default)
When you activate this option, the path points can only be in the same plane.
Fold line to make polyline (disabled by default)
When you activate this option, curves of the line type are converted to the polyline type when you fold them.
Subdivide each curve horizontally (disabled by default)
When you activate this option, the program creates a separate horizontal subdivision for each curve.
Section result for "Convert and subdivide" (default = Right/Left)
In Convert 3D to facade and subdivide facade, you can specify which parts of the section should be used.
3D element for abstract representation
Explode (disabled by default)
When the facade is created as a grid (without objects), you can specify whether the grid is to be resolved into individual 3D surfaces.
Wireframe (disabled by default)
When the facade is created as a grid (without objects), you can specify whether the grid is to be created in 3D.
