Use the following parameters to configure how bar reinforcement is placed:
Steel grade of area reinforcement
Specify the steel grade to be used when you create reinforcement using the Enter Area Reinforcement tool.
Maximum bar length
Enter the support length of the bars beyond which a warning appears on the screen.
Minimum bar length
Enter the smallest possible bar length resulting of a place by span.
Polygonization
You can specify how circular bars are polygonized. You can choose between Number of segments and maximum Rise.
Number of segments: The polygonization value defines the number of segments used to approximate a circle or curve (the number is based on a full circle).
Rise: The polygonization value defines the maximum rise value of the secant to the arc (in mm). As a result, the curve is polygonized so that the maximum offset of the polyline's segment to the curve is less than or equal to the value you specified. This setting produces more accurate results than the number of segments.
factor for diameter
Use this to enter a factor with which to display the modified nominal diameter. This factor is used for the display in the drawing, for collision checks, animation and conversion to 3D.
Round-off value for bar spacing
Enter a value that is to serve as the round-off value for the spacing between bars.
