Limit use of smart symbols to office standard

When you activate this option, only smart symbols from the office standard can be assigned. This is the default setting, which is recommended. Using this setting, you can make sure that the same smart symbol is associated with the same item in all projects. The effects of this setting become evident when you assign smart symbols to items. If this option is active, only the smart symbols from the office standard are presented; consequently, smart symbols from other catalogs cannot be associated with Allfa items.

If this option is not active, all smart symbols from all catalogs (and even projects) are available and can be assigned to items. Unassigned smart symbols are not FM objects and cannot be replicated but they may appear in the background drawing in Allfa.
