Create printable representation of special surfaces and baseboard

Default setting: on

For special surfaces (vertical surfaces, ceilings, floors) and baseboard, the opposite is true: special surfaces and baseboard are normally included in printouts; therefore, the Create printable representation of special surfaces and baseboard option is selected by default. You can change the pen to construction line format using Modify Format Properties or Format Properties on the shortcut menu of the relevant element.

To avoid this, clear the Create printable special surfaces and baseboard option. As a result, special surfaces and baseboard are not included in printouts (like rooms). In this case, the pen on the Format toolbar is used to display special surfaces and baseboard on screen (like rooms).

If you want to include special surfaces and baseboard in printouts, click Modify Format Properties or Format Properties on the shortcut menu of the relevant special surface/baseboard, change the pen and assemble the layout as usual.
This setting is retained when you select Restore 3D View.
