Pattern Modification, Move Elements

Tool(s): Element for Fit

To modify a pattern and move elements

1. Click Element for Fit (How).
   

   Activate Element for Fit in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Smart Fit

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Smart Fit

2. Click Move Elements. A preview of the pattern definition you want to change is now attached to the crosshairs. Place the pattern definition.
3. Click the element to be moved.
4. Move the element by defining a start point (from point) and a new symbol base point.
5. Press ESC to quit the tool.
