Add to View

Module(s): Associative Views

You can use the Add to View tool to add elements of a 3D object to a view.

To add elements to an associative view

1. Click Add to View (How).
   

   Activate Add to View in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Engineering Views, Details Associative Views

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Associative Views

2. Click the elements you want to add to a view.
3. Select the view to which the elements are to be added.
   

Note: You can use this tool to show intersected objects that were previously hidden (as a result of Remove from View).
