Exchange favorite 09: export - rooms as polylines

You can use this exchange favorite to export Allplan rooms as polylines (polygons) to AutoCAD. The rooms' area and perimeter can be analyzed and evaluated in AutoCAD. Room labels are transferred as text to AutoCAD.

Application	You are advised to use this exchange favorite in drawing file edit mode only.
Export	Allplan rooms -> AutoCAD model space; rooms as polylines
Import	This exchange favorite is not suitable for importing data.
Result	The outline of a room is transferred as a polyline to AutoCAD. Allplan's drawing files are transferred to a DWG file in AutoCAD's model space. Allplan's layer structure is transferred. Hatching styles, patterns and dimension lines are transferred as complex elements.
Layers only	Only the layers of the drawing files are transferred; the drawing file structure is lost. This exchange favorite is useful if special conventions regarding layers have to be complied with.
