Saving print files to a compressed file

To save print files to a compressed file

1. Start the Services application.
   

   • On the Windows start menu, point to (All) Programs - Nemetschek - Allplan 2016 and click Services 2016.
2. Use the File menu to import the print files to the external path.
3. On the File menu, click Back up data from '...\Documents\Nemetschek\Allplan\2016\Extern' and choose Compressed.
4. Select the backup folder.

   The sic2016.zip file is created in the backup folder.
