Analyzing building alteration elements

To analyze building alteration elements using reports

1. Click Reports (How).
   

   Activate Reports in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

   Smart Symbols

   General: Roofs, Planes, Sections

   Basic: Walls, Openings, Components

   Special: Walls, Openings, Components

   Rooms, Surfaces, Stories

   FM Manager

   • Configuration: Architecture Architecture Edit flyout
   • Configuration: Landscaping/Urban Planning Modifications flyout
2. Select a folder and report in the Reports dialog box.
3. Click Filter Step by Step in the Filter Assistant.
4. The Filter dialog box opens. Click Filter by Building Alteration Category.
5. Select a category (as-built, demolition, new building) and click OK.

   

6. Click Apply to all elements, new filter and then OK.

   Allplan selects and analyzes the elements of the selected building alteration category.
