Modifying mark and hook of a bar mark

You can define the following parameters in the Geometry area.

Hook at start/end

You can create hooks. When this check box is selected, a hook is created and you can define additional parameters.

Hook angle at start/end

Select a value in the list box or enter any value. These angles are always entered in degrees [°], regardless of the unit of angle set.

Hook length at start/end

Enter a value for the hook length. The program automatically enters the default value when you change the diameter.

Bending pin factor

Select a value in the list box or enter any value. The list box includes all the default values of the standard specified in the options. The bending pin factor applies to all the bending positions.
Please note that you cannot use Modify Bending Pin to change the bending pin factor of a freeform bending shape with a fillet, arc and/or loop.

The setting of the Bending pin option (in the Options Reinforcement, Representation) specifies how standard bending radii are displayed. You can use the Modify Bar Display Mode tool to modify this later.
When you select a bending pin diameter that is not in accordance with the standard, the bending shape always appears smooth. You cannot change it to angular.
