Combine overlapping lines
Module(s): Draft
You can use the
Combine Overlapping Lines tool to convert superimposed lines to single lines in all active drawing files. You can specify whether all lines, including pattern lines, are to be selected and converted, or whether pattern lines are to be excluded from the operation.
The lines are combined based on the following rules:
- In the case of several continuous lines (line type 1) of different pen thickness, Allplan retains the line of the highest pen thickness.
- In the case of several continuous lines (line type 1) of the same pen thickness but of different colors, Allplan retains the line of the lowest color number.
- Continuous lines have priority over dashed lines of any kind, regardless of the pen thickness.
- In the case of all other lines (all line types except 1), the line of the highest pen thickness has priority, regardless of the line type.
