Redefining linetypes

You can define linetypes in this dialog box.

How to access the dialog box

• When you are working with Workgroup Manager in a network environment, you must be logged in as administrator.
  

  Workgroup Manager handles the organization of CAD workstations in local networks. The Workgroup Manager module enables users to access all projects on all computers from every workstation. It ensures data consistency even if several users are simultaneously working on the same project.

Select the line type you want to redefine. You cannot redefine linetypes 1 and 90-99. Define the length of the line segments and the spacing between them.

You can delete the current line type. When you have accessed the line type defaults straight from an NDW file, you cannot delete the linetypes that are used in this NDW file.

Insert more linetypes ...

You can add more linetypes to the office standard or project. The Add linetypes to office/project dialog box opens. Select the source folder that contains the linetypes you want to insert and then activate the check box of the resource you want to insert or replace.

Always show corners

When Always show corners is enabled, the corners of dashed lines are always displayed clearly as an aid to orientation.

Lines for QuickSelect format

You can select the four linetypes that are presented on the Format QuickSelect toolbar.
