To draw a circle using existing elements

1. Click Circle (How).
   

   Activate Circle in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Draft

   • Keyboard: CTRL+K

   • Toolbar: Basic Tools Draft flyout
   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Draft

   Site Plan

2. You can apply a symbol to the start and/or end of the arc.
   

   Start and end symbols can be applied to various 2D entities.

   • Select a symbol and define its size in millimeters.
   • Select the start symbol and/or end symbol by checking the relevant box(es).
   • You can change this symbol or switch it off at any time while you are drawing
3. Click Circle based on 2 points and radius/diameter.
4. To draw a full circle, click Enter full circle.
5. Click points or existing elements.

   The program displays a preview of all the circles that can be created.

6. Click the circle you require.

   When Enter full circle is active, a full circle is drawn.
   Creating an arc involves additional steps.

   Tip: When you press ESC now, the program will draw a full circle even if an End angle is active in the Input options.

7. Define the circle's starting point in one of the following ways:
   • Click a point.
   • Enter the starting angle (counter-clockwise, relative to the horizontal x axis).
8. Define the end point of the circle in one of the following ways:
   • Click the end point.
   • Click Enter end angle in the Input options and enter the end angle (counter-clockwise, relative to the horizontal x axis).
   • Click Enter end angle based on delta angle in the Input options and enter the delta angle (relative to the starting angle).
   • Click Enter end angle based on arc length in the Input options and enter the length of the arc (relative to the starting angle).

     Tip: You can undo every entry made in reverse order by clicking Back in the Input options.

     The arc is drawn.
