Exploding axis grid for precast elements

Module(s): Structural Precast Elements

You can use the Explode Axis Grid for Precast Elements tool to explode an axis grid into its constituent axes. You can then modify these axes individually or as a whole using the Properties palette.

To explode an axis grid

1. Click Explode Axis Grid for Precast Elements (How).
   

   Activate Explode Axis Grid for Precast Elements in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Precast Factories Structural Precast Units

   • Palette: Tools Modify area in the following module(s):

   Structural Precast Units

2. Click the desired axis grid.

   You can also click the axis grid with the right mouse button and select Explode Axis Grid for Precast Elements on the shortcut menu.

   The axis grid is exploded into its constituent axes.

3. If necessary, you can modify these individual axes using the Properties palette.
