Tool(s): Static Calculation

You can use SolCalc structural calculation to exchange data with SolCalc, an Italian DLT program.

To export and import data

  1. Click SolCalc structural calculation in the Structural Calculation Context toolbar.
  2. Select SolCalc - Export in the dialog box.

The data of the continuous beams in the current drawing file is saved in an xml-file in the ...\Allplan...\BFT\SolCalc\project_x\drawingfile_x folder (x = project name and drawing file number).

  3. Open the export file in the SolCalc program and perform the calculation.
  4. Save the results in the same file.
  5. Import the results into Allplan. Click SolCalc structural calculation in the Structural Calculation Context toolbar and select SolCalc - Import Span Reinf. or SolCalc - Import Support Reinf. in the dialog box.

Note: If you calculate elements with different concrete grades for the precast element and the in-situ concrete, Allplan always uses the poorer grade for the calculation in compliance with the regulations.

The required reinforcement is created in the elements and the filling objects change in accordance with your settings.
