Date of creation of the data record.

Last modified:

The most recent modification date.

Name:

User-defined name displayed in the division parameters or when you modify the joint section.

Description:

User-defined name that can be included in labels for element plans or lists/schedules.

Validity

Define the validity range for the joint section by entering the minimum and maximum wall thickness.

'Geometry of joint at bottom' tab

The values you enter here apply to the joint at bottom.

'Geometry of joint at top' tab

The values you enter here apply to the joint at top.

Reference point

Allplan uses this point to place the joint section in the middle of the wall. In addition, this point is used for overall dimension lines created automatically (OD in the element plan).

Type

Groove / Tongue / Smooth

Define the type of joint section to ensure that the individual sections are processed correctly (merge with element, subtract from element, transfer to UNITECHNIK).

Geometry

Define the corners of the section in a table.

• Click to insert a new point in front of the selected point in the table.
• Click to add a point to the end of the table.
• Click to delete the point selected in the table.
• To change the x and y values of a point, click it and enter new values in the boxes.
  

'->Fact.' tab

Assignment of the individual entries to the relevant factories.

The selected entry is applicable to the selected factories. If no factory is selected, the entry is valid for all the factories.
