Assign drawing files to filesets

To assign drawing files to a fileset

1. Start ProjectPilot and open the folder with the drawing files you want to assign to a fileset.
   

   • Click ProjectPilot on the File menu.

     Or:

     Press CTRL+R.

   Note: You cannot make any entries in Allplan while ProjectPilot is open.

2. Select the drawing files you want to assign, click the selection with the right mouse button and select Assign to on the shortcut menu..
   

   • To select a single element, click it.
   • To select a series of non-adjacent elements, press and hold down the CTRL key and click the elements.
   • To select a range of elements, click the first element in the range, then press the SHIFT key and click the last element in the range at the same time.
3. Select the project where the fileset is located.

   You can only select projects with filesets.

4. Click the fileset to which the drawing files are to be assigned.
5. If the drawing files are also to be copied, select Copy drawing files. The drawing files are copied to the Drawing files folder of the selected project. When Overwriting is activated, existing drawing files are overwritten.
6. Click OK to confirm.
