Copying projects

If you are working in a network, you can also copy projects between computers in the network.

To copy projects

1. Start ProjectPilot and open the Projects folder.
   

   • Click ProjectPilot on the File menu.

     Or:

     Press CTRL+R.

   Note: You cannot make any entries in Allplan while ProjectPilot is open.

2. Click the project you want to copy with the right mouse button. On the shortcut menu, click Copy project to....
3. To copy the project to a different computer, select the computer where you want to copy the project in the list box.
4. Click OK to confirm.
