Point snap methods

Division point uses temporary markers to divide an element (or a line that you enter) into an equal number of sections and snaps to these points.

To divide an element or imaginary line into equal sections

1. After activating a design tool, click Division point on the shortcut menu.
2. Click the element you want to divide or enter the start and end point of the imaginary line.
3. Enter the number of divisions in the dialog line:
4. Click the displayed division point or enter its number in the dialog line.
