Beams, upstands
Beams are drawn in the same manner as walls, except that the height association with the default reference plane is different.
In the case of upstands (masonry on the bearing surface of a slab on a wall) the top level of the wall below serves as the bottom level of the upstand.
The options available for entering the element are the same as those for the 
Wall tool. For the upstand, always use the option with which the wall below it was created.
