• Attrib to assign attributes.
• Factor to enter a factor by which the area entered is to be multiplied.
• Border to enter a border depth for the pattern/hatching/fill.
  0 means that a fill is applied to the entire area.
• Height... to set the relative height of the area.
• Before entering the area you can modify the hatching, pattern or fill.
