Create a circular boundary to be used as a circular cross section or as a circular void within a cross section (see Perform Minus-combination of boundaries).

To create a circular boundary

  1. Click Circular boundary.
  2. Click the intersection point of two lines or a parametric point to define the center of the circular boundary to be created. Alternatively, you can define the center directly with the mouse cursor at any desired location, whereby at this position a parametric point is automatically created.
  3. Move the mouse away from the center to display the circle to be created and input the desired radius in the appearing text box. Alternatively, you can define the size of the circle directly with the mouse cursor. Confirm the input in both cases with the enter key or the left mouse button.
  4. Directly create further circular boundaries (back to 2.) or quit the tool with ESC.
