Add spiral by length (L)

Add a spiral to the last point of the last axis element.

The spiral of the type L is defined by the radius at the begin and end of the curve and by the length L of the spiral. Optionally, you can define the input by the curvature by selecting the respective radio button.

Radius/Curvature begin

Radius/curvature of the spiral at the begin of the curve

Radius/Curvature end

Radius/curvature of the spiral at the end of the curve

Note: Per default a positive radius is oriented to the left in the view direction of the axis. This setting can be changed in the task Options in the menu Settings – Curve Direction.

Length L

Length of the curve of the spiral

Global end station

Length of the curve of the spiral defined by the global end station related to the stationing of the axis
