Lock or rather unlock the link to an ALLPLAN Civil project and its database when working with ALLPLAN Share
If an ALLPLAN Civil project is accessed from within ALLPLAN via ALLPLAN Share, then the link to this ALLPLAN Civil project as well as its database are automatically locked.
IMPORTANT: By mere closing the application of ALLPLAN Civil, the link to the project and its database are NOT automatically unlocked!
The user must do this manually via this tool by deactivating the two respective check boxes to terminate the access and unlock the link and the database again.
This workflow prevents a simultaneous access and thus uncontrolled overwriting of data.
