Syntax
ROTATE arg1
Description
Starting from an initial system, an additional rotation can be applied to the pier cross-section. If the member connects to a main girder or deck, the initial system results from the global Y-direction and the plan direction at the station of the main girder or deck. If the member is connected to an axis, the initial system results from the global Y-direction and the direction of the axis in plan.
