Syntax
BOUNDARY arg1 arg2 arg3
Description
Many structural or physical properties require the definition of a geometric reference location. This input is done in Allplan Bridge using boundary lines. Depending on the purpose, this boundaryline is to be entered as open or closed.
Arguments
Minimum quantity: 1
arg1
Value |
Dimension |
Meaning |
bname |
TEXT |
Name of the boundary line |
arg2
Value |
Dimension |
Meaning |
AUTO |
KEYWORD |
The necessary boundary line is calculated by the program and does not have to be entered (Scope REINFTORSION). |
BINDEX |
KEYWORD |
This is followed by the specification of a partial area of the boundary. |
arg3 (arg2 = BINDEX)
Value |
Dimension |
Meaning |
i:j |
TEXT |
The points i and j define the part of the boundary. |
:j |
TEXT |
The part of the boundary ends with point j. |
i: |
TEXT |
The part of the boundary starts with point i. |
Scopes
REINFLONG, REINFTORSION, REINFSHEARL, REINFSHEARW, REINFSHEARQY, REINFSHEARQZ, EXPOSUREZONE, SHEARLAG, JOINT
Examples
BOUNDARY "" AUTO
Automatic calculation of the geometric reference line of a torsional reinforcement is required.
BOUNDARY "WebR"
The reference position of the reinforcement is a line (open boundary) in the web.
BOUNDARY "Boundary1" BINDEX 2:7
The reference position of the attack zone (EXPOSUREZONE) is defined by a part of a border line, from point 2 to point 7.
