Syntax
COMBINE arg1
Description
The definition of combinations of boundaries is done after the boundaries have been created. It is possible to enter holes, create unions or insert boundary lines as additional geometric constraint in a boundary.
Arguments
Minimum quantity: 3
arg1
Value |
Dimension |
Meaning |
bname1 |
TEXT |
Name of the boundary line to be modified |
arg2
Value |
Dimension |
Meaning |
MINUS |
KEYWORD |
Operator, it follows the 2nd operand as next argument. The 2nd boundary line will be subtracted from the 1st one. |
PLUS |
KEYWORD |
Operator, it follows the 2nd operand as next argument. As a result, the 1st boundary line shapes the union of both boundaries. |
INCLUDE |
KEYWORD |
Operator, it follows the 2nd operand as next argument. As a result, the 2nd boundary line is considered for the meshing of the 1st boundary. |
arg3
Value |
Dimension |
Meaning |
bname2 |
TEXT |
Name of the boundary line as 2nd operand |

BOUNDARIES
Examples
COMBINE "Boundary 1" MINUS "Boundary 2"
The boundary line "Boundary 2" shapes a hole in boundary line "Boundary 1".
