Interactively move a structural member of the type prism

Depending on the type of definition of the prism to be moved which is automatically detected by the program, there are different respective input procedures. Moreover, when moving a prism, certain parameters can be modified, depending on the type of definition.

To interactively move a prism

1. Click on Move/Prism.
2. Click the prism you want to move in the view window of the 3D model.
3. Define the Geometric Position 1 and, if applicable, the Geometric Position 2 anew depending on their original definitions (see options in the Property window) by following the instructions.
