Create rigid connections from a structural unit of a structural member at all stations to the corresponding stations of a structural unit of another structural member

This tool was especially developed to rigidly connect precast girders (structural members of the type “link girder”) to cast in situ concrete slabs (structural members of the type “deck”).

Note: When creating the rigid connections from a structural member of the type “link girder” to a structural member of the type “deck”, the possibly missing stations in the deck are automatically created corresponding to the stationing of the link girder.

To interactively create rigid connections between all stations of two structural members

1. Right-click on the tree item Structural Supports to open the context menu and select in the menu New Rigid Connection(s) the menu item Member to member (RIGIDM2M).
2. In the view window, click the structural unit (3D body) of the first structural member from which the rigid connections should be set up.
3. In the view window, click the structural unit (3D body) of the second structural member to which the rigid connections should be connected.
