Traffic Loads

In the tab Traffic Loads you can define lane sets and load trains.

Define new lane sets or load trains by the context menu on the respective menu item.

Moreover, you can directly import predefined load trains according to standard by using the context menu on the menu item Load Trains. Edit the values of these predefined load trains in the Property window by selecting them in the Navigation tree.

Further, you can select the load directions to be considered for the lane set (vertical, longitudinal, centrifugal, combined) in the Property window. If more load directions are selected, a respective influence line is created for each direction when calculating. When selecting combined, you can freely define the particular components for the load directions (as a normalized vector).

Define the lane sets and load trains in the task Loads & Checks / Lane Sets and Loads & Checks / Load Trains, respectively.
