Layout output and data output for element plans
You can use the Change notices for element plan dialog box to document the element plan history by defining entries, which apply to all the elements you have defined and which you can analyze using attributes and label styles.
First you can specify whether it is generally possible to change the entries. You can do this for each area in the dialog box. After having selected the relevant option, you can select the elements to which the entries are to apply. You can choose between all elements selected and the selected elements without the entry defined in this area.
If you have chosen All elements selected, existing change notices of the Settings, Creation and Check/release areas are overwritten by the entries you define here. The entries of the Change notices area, on the other hand, are added to any existing change notices.
Define Index, Edited by and Comment by entering text directly. To enter a Date, you can open the calendar by clicking
or you can enter the date directly.
The individual entries are analyzed based on the following attributes:

Note: The Date of change, Index created by and Index note attributes analyze the special index. If the value of the special index is 0, the program analyzes the entry of the first column. If this value is 1, the program analyzes the entry of the second column. If it is 2, the program analyzes the entry of the third column and so on.
