(Re)naming layouts

Tool(s): Open on a Project-Specific Basis

To (re)name layouts

1. Click Open on a Project-Specific Basis (How) in Layout Editor.
   

   Activate / Open on a Project-Specific Basis... in one of the following ways:

   • Title bar: Allplan icon
   • Title bar: Quick Access Toolbar
   • Shortcut menu: Hovering over the empty workspace Right mouse button Shortcut menu toolbar

   • Menu bar: File

   • Keyboard: O O

   Tip: You can also double-click the left mouse button in the workspace.

2. Name the layout using one of the following options:
   • Right-click the layout you want to (re)name. On the shortcut menu, click Rename.
   • Click the layout you want to (re)name and press the F2 key.
   • Select the layouts you want to (re)name and then click the desired layout.
3. Enter a name for the layout and press ENTER to confirm.
   

Note: When deleting the contents of layouts, you can also delete the names. Layouts can be (re)named in ProjectPilot too.
