Modifying elements using the ‘Properties’ palette

You can use the Place Mesh Shape entry in the list box of the Properties palette to modify the parameters of one or more placements.

To modify the parameters of one or more mesh placements

1. Select the mesh shapes or placements you want to modify and select Place Mesh Shape in the list box at the top of the Properties palette.
   

   • To select a single element, click it.
   • To select elements in a selection rectangle, hold down the left mouse button and open a selection rectangle around the elements you want to select.
   • Some tools allow you to select all elements in the current document by clicking All in the input options or pressing CTRL+A.

   When selecting elements, you can use filters, which allow you to filter by element type or property. For more information, see Using filters.

   When you have selected several placements, Allplan only displays the properties that are identical for all placements. However, you can change different properties so that they form a common, new property.

2. Specify the reinforcement parameters in the parameter area.

   The graphics area updates immediately to reflect your entries.
   

Note: You can use Match parameters to match the parameters of a different placement. You can use Save as a favorite to save the settings. With Load favorite, you can read the settings back into the palette, where you can then modify them. Click Favorite QuickSelect to select from the five favorites you have used most recently.
