General procedure for creating stairs

To create a stair for a predefined outline

1. Click the stair type you want to create (straight, half-turn, spiral etc.).
2. Draw the outline of the stair in plan view.
3. Click Height to set up the height of the stair. You can also copy component parameters from an existing stair.
4. Right-click in the workspace to confirm these settings.
5. Define the stair geometry (rise, tread ...).
6. Define the individual stair components.
7. Close the stair design and acknowledge the prompt by clicking Yes.

   The stair is saved and this completes the design.

8. Place the stair’s label.
