You can use this tool to group rooms or stories that you have already defined (for example, to define several rooms in a house as an apartment). Groups of rooms and stories can be given a hatching style, pattern, fill, bitmap area or style area as a means of identification.

You can also use this tool to modify or ungroup existing groups.
