Saving dimension line parameters as a favorite

• You must be logged in as the administrator or as a user with administrator privileges.

To save dimension line parameters as a favorite

1. Select a tool for creating dimension lines e.g., Dimension Line (How).
   

   Activate Dimension Line in one of the following ways

   • Actionbar:Role Draft Task Label Task area Dimension

   • Menu bar: Create Dimension Lines

   • Keyboard: SHIFT+D

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following modules:

   Dimension line

2. On the context toolbar, click Properties and enter settings for the dimension line parameters.
3. Click in the bottom left corner to save the settings you have made as a favorite.
4. Select a folder, enter a name for the file and click Save to confirm.

   Allplan saves the settings as a dimension line favorite file in *.dlfa format.
