Using print sets

• When you are working with Workgroup Manager in a network environment, you must be logged in as administrator.
  

  Workgroup manager is a program that handles the organization of CAD workstations on local networks. Workgroup manager makes sure that all projects on all computers can be accessed from all workstations. With workgroup manager, several users can access the same project at the same time, which ensures data consistency.

To rename a print set

1. Click Select, Set Layers (How).
   

   Activate Select, Set Layers in one of the following ways:

   • Title bar: Quick Access Toolbar View

   • Shortcut menu: Hovering over the empty workspace Right mouse button Shortcut menu toolbar
   • Menu bar: Format

   • Keyboard: Ctrl+4
2. Select the Print Set tab.
3. Click the Define, modify print set... button.

   The Print Set Manager dialog box opens.

   

4. Click the print set you want to rename with the right mouse button. On the shortcut menu, click Rename print set, change group.
5. Enter the new name and click OK to confirm.
