Notes:

• You can only use layers for which you are granted full access rights as the current layer. The layers that are available to you depend on the privilege sets to which you belong.
  

  Access privileges can be controlled at layer level by means of privilege sets. You should assign privilege sets if several people work on the same project. When workgroup manager is installed, you assign each user to one or more privilege sets. As a result, this user can see or edit only the layers that are associated with the relevant privilege set.

  

  Workgroup manager is a program that handles the organization of CAD workstations on local networks. Workgroup manager makes sure that all projects on all computers can be accessed from all workstations. With workgroup manager, several users can access the same project at the same time, which ensures data consistency.

• If the Auto-select layer with tool check box is selected and you open a tool, the program automatically sets the last layer selected for this tool as the current layer. When this check box is not selected, the layer you selected last is retained.
• When you retrieve parameters/components saved as favorite files using , the layer that was current when you saved the parameters/components is automatically set as the current layer.
