Rotate Region

Task area Smart Fit

You can use this tool to rotate the elements placed in a region to fit them to the boundaries of the placing region, for example.

Note: Elements placed in circular regions cannot be rotated.

To rotate the elements placed in a region

1. Click Rotate Region (How).
   

   Activate Rotate Region in one of the following ways

   • Actionbar:Role Draft Task Design Task area Smart Fit

   • Menu bar: Change Bonus Tools Smart Fit

   • Palette: Tools Change area in the following module(s):

   Smart Fit

2. Click the relevant region.
3. Click the rotation point.
4. Define the angle of rotation in one of the following ways:
   • Enter the angle in the dialog line and press Enter to confirm. A positive angle produces counter-clockwise rotation.
   • Specify a starting point and direction point for the rotation.
   • Click a line (this serves as the reference line) and then another line (serves as the direction line). The element is rotated by the smaller of the two angles produced by the lines.
