Name:

Enter a name for the standard (any text). You can also find this name in the Country/standard or Standard list box of the basic parameters in Slab , Wall design, Wall design (iWall) and Precast Elements.

Precast standard:

DIN 1045-1, EC2, ÖNORM B 4700; DIN EN 1992-1-1
Select which standard applies to this entry. When you create precast elements, this entry is available as a type of standard.

Note: Depending on the standard selected, the concrete, steel grade and fire resistance classifications will be suggested or the suggested value for the minimum reinforcement is calculated for slabs.
Please note you cannot use ALLPLAN to copy from a drawing file with a configured precast standard to a drawing file with a different configured precast standard.

Reinforcement standard:

DIN EN for DIN EN 1992-1-1
Select the corresponding standard for calculating anchorage or overlap lengths, hook lengths, etc. and creating basic reinforcement and secondary reinforcement in precast elements. Due to this link between the Reinforcement standard and Precast standard, the program automatically switches to the engineering standard selected for the Standard in the General area on the Reinforcement page in the Options when you select the Standard while creating precast elements. You can change the applicable standard in the options at any time.

Note: As the bar diameter is not available in the dialog boxes for defining the bending shape of basic reinforcement, the program cannot check the minimum lengths until it creates the basic reinforcement. The program displays a message and automatically adjusts the incorrect hook length later. When you enter secondary reinforcement, the program immediately checks the data because the bar diameter has already been selected.
