Catalog, Factory, and Standards Admin

Task area Catalogs

You can start Catalog, Factory, and Standards Admin (How) only if the factory catalog contains at least one factory or the ...\std\fact folder contains at least one folder with standards.

Activate Catalog, Factory and Standards Admin in one of the following ways

• Actionbar:Role Precast Elements Task Precast Slab Task area Catalogs

• Menu bar: Create Precast Elements Catalogs and Configurations

• Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

Catalogs and Configurations

You can use this tool to specify which factory and which standard are to be used by default.

In addition, you create the data structure for new factories to add them to the Configuration menu. The program automatically detects these factories. When creating the data structure, you can match saved configurations or configurations that you have already defined for other factories if one factory has been selected.

You can use the following tools:

Load configurations when you have selected one factory.

Match configurations when you have selected one factory.

Create data structure

When you select this option, the program creates data structures files for all factories; that is, it creates new subfolders with the names of the new factories in the ...\std\fact folder. The new factories will therefore be added to the configuration menu.

If no configurations were previously loaded or transferred, data structures are created without configuration files, i.e. empty subfolders are created. Factory-specific configuration files (*_cfg.def) can then be created in the configuration menu.
