Attributes of architectural elements, overview
To compile an attribute
- Click Attribute on the context toolbar.
The Attribute Selection dialog box opens.
- Do the following in the Attribute Selection dialog box:
- Select an attribute group and an existing attribute.
- Select an attribute group in the User area and click
to define a new custom attribute. - Select an attribute group and an attribute in the User area and click
to modify an existing custom attribute. - Select an attribute group and an attribute in the User area and click
to delete an existing custom attribute.
- Click OK to confirm the dialog boxes.
The attribute placeholder is attached to the crosshairs.
- You can define the attribute more precisely while the placeholder is still attached to the crosshairs.
You can define the following on the context toolbar:- Define the text parameters.
- For label style only:
Use Adjust to specify whether the size and ratio of the attribute text is to adapt to the scale. - Define the Format.
- Select the Unit.
- For label style only:
Enter a prefix for the attribute. - Select a Border.
- Use S Special Index to specify whether the attribute is to be numbered.
- For label style only:
Click Info to display information about the type of attribute or modify this information.
- Place the attribute.
- To define more attributes, repeat steps 1 to 4.
Note: The attributes are sorted according to the different program areas. Only areas whose modules are located on your computer are suggested.
