Allplan Exchange dialog box

You can use the Project Attributes dialog box (How) to define and manage the attributes of the current project (for example, building volume, site, building contractor). The project attributes are saved together with the project when you exchange or back up project data.

Activate the Project Attributes dialog box in one of the following ways

• The Layout Attributes dialog box (How) is open
  

  Activate the Layout Attributes dialog box in one of the following ways

  • Actionbar:Task Layout Editor Task area Layout Editor Layout and Project Attributes

  Or:

  • Actionbar: The Layout Editor task is selected.

  • Menu bar: Create Layout Layout and Project Attributes

  Or:

  • Allplan Exchange dialog box (How) is open.
    

    Activate the Allplan Exchange dialog box in one of the following ways

    • Actionbar:Task Layout Editor Task area Layout Editor Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution

    Or:

    • Actionbar: The Layout Editor task is selected.

    • Menu bar: Create Layout Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution

  • Button: Layout and project attributes (at bottom left)

Toolbar

Hide unassigned values, Show unassigned values

Hides or shows the attributes that are currently not assigned.

Group

The attributes are arranged in groups.

Attribute name

You can see all the attributes that are available throughout the office.

Requirements: The display is set to "Show unassigned values" is selected (toolbar at the top: in this case the text alongside the icon is Hide unassigned values).

Attribute value

You can see the value that is currently assigned to the attribute.

Click in this column to define or edit the value of an attribute.

Icons

OK

Carries out the current operation or confirms all changes. The current entries and/or settings are applied and saved.

Cancel

Cancels the current operation and discards all entries and/or changes.
