Examples of xls files

Depending on how you have created or entered the rooms in the Space Allocation Wizard window, the contents of the columns in the xls or txt file differ.

Possible cases:

Space Allocation Wizard	xls or txt file	Creation of room in Allplan
Room was read from Allplan --------------------------	Geometry column: Path exists RoomID column: ID exists ---------------------------	If the drawing file from which the room was read is current, the room will be updated (provided it is found). Otherwise, a new room with the given coordinates is created. -------------------------------------------------
Room was not read from Allplan A coordinate list was specified using Edit - Modify room - Geometry --------------------------	Geometry column: Path and file exist RoomID column: Empty ---------------------------	A new room is created with the given coordinates in the current drawing file. -------------------------------------------------
No coordinate list Option = place individually --------------------------	Geometry column: No path RoomID column: Empty ---------------------------	The individual room is attached to the crosshairs and placed in the current drawing file. -------------------------------------------------
No coordinate list Option = place rooms as a block --------------------------	Geometry column: No path RoomID column: Empty ---------------------------	All the rooms in the list are attached to the crosshairs and placed as a block in the current drawing file. -------------------------------------------------
